Amy has been in public accounting since 1996. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland at College Park. Her specialties include non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing, as well as accounting for small businesses. As a ProAdvisor, Amy offers support and training for the QuickBooks Software Program. Amy is a native of the Eastern Shore of Maryland and resides in Denton with her family.

Lisa has been in the public accounting field since 2004. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Stevenson University (Villa Julie College) in 2005 and her Master’s in Business Administration from Salisbury University in 2006. Lisa passed the CPA exam in May 2007. Lisa focuses on accounting and tax reporting for small businesses as well as providing review and audit services for not-for-profit entities. She also offers support and training for clients as a QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Lisa is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa is an alumni of the 2013 Class of Shore Leadership and is active in both Scouts BSA and Girl Scouts with her children. Lisa is a lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore and currently resides with her family in Goldsboro.

As he is known to many, Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1984 and a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Georgetown University in 1990. Chuck started his career in 1984 with C.W. Amos and Company in their Cambridge office and has since continued to work from offices in Easton, Cambridge, and Preston. He specializes in business and tax advising for closely held businesses. He has received the AICPA's Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses. He is also a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Accounting Software. Chuck has served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly traded company and has experience with the compliance and filing requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a Board Member for Provident State Bank and has served on many community organizations throughout Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties. Currently, he is serving as the Treasurer for The Grand National Waterfowl Association and Grand National Educational Trust.

Melinda has been a dedicated professional in the public accounting field since 2004, having served in a variety of roles throughout her career. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and earned the designation of Enrolled Agent (EA) in 2016, after successfully passing the Enrolled Agent examination administered by the Internal Revenue Service. As a federally licensed tax practitioner, Melinda has unlimited rights to represent taxpayers before the IRS, specializing in taxation and comprehensive tax planning.
In addition to her expertise in taxation, Melinda is a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, providing valuable assistance to businesses with QuickBooks setup, training, and ongoing support for both QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop software.
Her professional focus spans individual, business, and agricultural accounting, with a particular emphasis on tailoring her services to meet the unique needs of each client.
A lifelong resident of the Eastern Shore, Melinda resides in Preston with her family, where she remains deeply committed to serving both the local community and businesses with personalized accounting and tax services.

Sam has been in public accounting since 1997 after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Salisbury University. He passed the CPA exam in September 2000. Sam focuses on individual and small business accounting, tax reporting and planning, and tax issues facing the agricultural community. As a certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor, he offers support and training for clients using QuickBooks and QuickBooks online. Sam is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants and graduated from the Shore Leadership Class of 2011. Sam is a lifelong Eastern Shore resident and resides in Easton with his family.

Kathryn Goodenough-Smith (Kitzy) has been in public accounting since 1991. She began working for a local CPA firm after moving to the Eastern Shore in the early 90s. In January 2007, Kitzy passed the Enrolled Agent examination. The Internal Revenue Service directly awards this credential. The IRS explicitly maintains the Enrolled Agent's licensure and allows her to represent taxpayers in all aspects of taxation, collection, and appeals. Kitzy has been a QuickBooks Pro Advisor since 2004. In addition to business, partnerships, and individual tax planning and preparation, Kitzy offers bookkeeping support to clients utilizing the QuickBooks Software Program, including initial company setups and payroll processing. Kitzy resides in Easton with her husband, Scott.
