| Chuck, as he is known to many, earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Maryland in 1984, and also earned a Master of Science Degree in Taxation from Georgetown University in 1990. Chuck started his career in 1984 with C.W. Amos and Company in their Cambridge office and has since continued to work from offices in Easton, Cambridge, and Preston. He specializes in business and tax advising for closely held businesses. He has received the AICPA’s Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising for Closely Held Businesses. He is also a Certified ProAdvisor for QuickBooks Accounting Software. Chuck has served as Chief Financial Officer for a publicly-traded company and has experience with the compliance and filing requirements of the Securities and Exchange Commission. He is a Board Member for Provident State Bank and has served on many community organizations throughout Caroline, Dorchester, and Talbot counties. Currently, he is serving as the Treasurer for The Grand National Waterfowl Association and Grand National Educational Trust. |
